1 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on vip777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vip777 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member is underage, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately and require documentary proof of age before reinstatement.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. vip777 is operated and marketed exclusively for the Indonesian market. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
4. Personal Registration: You must register on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily by yourself or by vip777. Persons who have self-excluded may not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the vip777 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth;
• Your city of residence within Indonesia (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Semarang, Makassar);
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vip777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

vip777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vip777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and eligibility of all Members. KYC verification may be requested at any point — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM);
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document clearly showing your date of birth;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name. Accepted payment providers include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All documents submitted must be genuine, legible, and unaltered. Submission of falsified or manipulated documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. vip777 reserves the right to share evidence of document fraud with relevant authorities.

5 Deposits

vip777 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits must be made through payment methods approved and listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Approved methods currently include transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform's deposit page and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• vip777 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which vip777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to Member accounts within a few minutes of bank confirmation. In cases of technical delay, please contact our 24/7 customer support team with your transaction receipt.
• vip777 reserves the right to reject any deposit it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding any unwagered bonus funds) are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless a documented exception has been approved by vip777. This policy is maintained to prevent fraud and ensure funds are returned to their verified source.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A Member's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the Member's own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page.
• vip777 aims to process approved withdrawals within the same banking day when requests are submitted before 17:00 WIB on business days. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• vip777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

vip777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, and the following general conditions apply to all bonus awards unless a promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period from the date of award. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time unless the Platform's promotion terms explicitly permit the combination of multiple offers.
• Abuse Prevention: vip777 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, vip777 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: vip777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vip777 Platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting market interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the Member.
• vip777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. The RNG outputs are independently audited to confirm statistical fairness and compliance with stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, vip777 will use its reasonable best efforts to resolve the situation in a fair manner. Where a game result cannot be definitively determined, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned.
• vip777 does not accept liability for bets that were placed on the basis of incorrect odds or pricing caused by a manifest error. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided, with stakes returned to the Member's account.
• Sports betting markets — including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and more) and other sporting events — are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vip777 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances frozen pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or market outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an unlawful nature;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vip777 staff or other Members;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented by vip777.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of vip777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Using the vip777 name, logo, or branding in any form without express written authorization.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account access resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account where such access results from the Member's failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party service failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of vip777 to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

vip777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• vip777 suspects the Member of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• The Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request;
• The Member's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Continuation of the account relationship would expose vip777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a Member's account at the time of voluntary closure — net of any unwagered bonus funds — will be returned via the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments

vip777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vip777 will notify Members via a notice posted prominently on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the registered address associated with the Member's account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms & Conditions were most recently updated. We encourage all Members to review this page periodically.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied in the jurisdiction in which vip777 is registered and operates.

vip777 is operated and marketed exclusively for adult players (21+) resident in Indonesia. The Platform is made available as an international online gaming service. Members access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of vip777 is lawful in their individual circumstances.

Any dispute between a Member and vip777 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
